This month, the Care Company leadership team would like to recognize RPN, Pam Munro-Peck. Some people are just born to be caregivers, and Pam is one of those people. Pam is one of our “go-to” employees.
Wherever we have a client in need we know we can count on Pam. Pam has a big heart and is willing to work with clients who have PSW needs as well as nursing care needs. She never says no to difficult situations, she just rolls up her sleeves and gets to work. Pam has won over even the most challenging of clients and their families. She advocates for her patients and never turns a blind eye to their situations. She stands up for herself in the face of negative behaviour, but never loses sight of the fact that her patients and their families need her help.
Pam is a great communicator and intuitively knows how to relate to other people. She doesn’t shy away from having difficult conversations when they are necessary but she does so with respect and compassion. Pam, we are so blessed that you are an integral member of The Care Company Team! It is such an honour to work alongside you, making lives better for those at home. Congratulations on being chosen Employee of The Month for September 2021!
