Available Medicaid Waivers
Aging Waiver is a Home and Community-Based Waiver Services available to eligible Pennsylvanians 60 years and older. Recipients must meet the financial requirements as determined by the County Assistance Office (CAO) to enable them to continue to live in their homes and communities with support and services.
A Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). If you are a Pennsylvanian resident aged 21 years or older and have a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI), the COMMCARE Waiver can help you remain as independent as possible.
If you are an adult, 18 years or older with a severe physical disability resulting in functional limitations, the Independence Waiver may be able to help you live or remain in the community and remain as independent as possible.
The OBRA Waiver is a Home and Community Based Waiver program may be available to you if you have a developmental physical disability which manifested before age 22. The program may allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.
ATTENDANT Care/Act 150
If you have a physical disability, the Attendant Care Waiver and the state funded Act 150 program may be available to you to remain as independent as possible, continue to live in your home and community with support and services.
